How do pre-orders work?

*NOTE* The whole process could take about 2-4 weeks before your order arrives to you.

  • Pre-orders are put up to run for approximately 7-10 days 

  • During this time, we will process and begin our bulk order of clothing items to be ordered 

  • Once the bulk arrives to our warehouse/HQ (1-2 weeks), we ship out packages accordingly

  • After items are shipped from the warehouse/HQ, expect shipping to take at least 3-8 days, based on traffic of the product leaving our HQ. If you have question or want an update on your order, please contact us.

  • As of now, we unfortunately don't take any international orders

 

How do I know what size to order?

To determine the right size for you, we recommend checking out our size guide. Each piece of clothing has their own individual fit and may vary for each person. 

 

How do exchanges work?

If a customer decides they want to change their sizing of the product, we will do our best ability to satisfy that customer. Please take into account that YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

If a customer would like to change their shirt for a different shirt, we will do our best ability to satisfy that customer. Please take into account that YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

Exchanges will not have a chance to be made if the product has already been shipped to the customer or if there is a price difference between what product the customer is trying to exchange for. 

 

How can I track my order?

To track your order, please visit the track your order page located on the top menu of our website. Here, you will be able to enter your order number to view the current status and estimated delivery date of your order. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please don't hesitate to contact us through the contact us page.

 

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. You can find a full list of accepted payment methods at the bottom of our website. If you have any issues with payment, reach out and to contact us through the contact us page.

 

How do I return/refund my order?

We unfortunately don't offer refunds at this time. However if the customer might believe there is something wrong with their product, they could visit please visit the refund policy page located on the bottom menu of our website. If you are applicable for a return, provide a reason for your request as well as pictures of the product. Please note that all changes and refunds are subject to approval and may take up to 7 business days to process.
